5.1 Mandatory Inspections

• Before first use

• After every modification

• After relocation

• After severe weather

• Minimum every 7 days

 

5.2 Equipment Inspection Checklist

Inspect all of the following:

 

Frames

• No bends, cracks, or corrosion

• Couplers intact

 

Braces

• Straight

• Locking claws functional

 

Platforms

• No rot, cracks, delamination

• Latches functional

 

Castors

• Brakes operate fully

• No excessive wear

 

Stabilisers

• Joints move freely

• Rubber footpads intact
