Environmental Conditions

• Wind speed

• Rain/water on surface

• Poor visibility

 

Overhead Hazards

• Live electrical lines

• Pipes or beams

• Ceiling fans/ventilation systems

 

Access & Traffic Control

• Pedestrian areas

• Vehicle routes

• Doorways opening into the tower
