Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in supporting the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This hands-on position requires familiarity with power tools, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Duties:
Assist in the installation of solar panels on both residential and commercial rooftops
Securely mount solar panels according to specified design requirements
Connect and wire electrical components to ensure the smooth operation of the system
Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on installed solar panel systems
Troubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctions within the system
Collaborate closely with team members to streamline installation processes
Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Experience:
Prior experience in solar panel installation is advantageous, although full training will be provided for suitable candidates
Proficiency in the safe operation of power tools
Physical capability to perform tasks as required
Understanding of assembly and installation procedures for solar panels
Competence in utilizing hand tools for various tasks
